Membership Policies

NO SURPRISES— Peek the deets:

  • We will automatically debit your credit card once per month, starting on the day of your signup

  • You may schedule your facial treatment at any time during the month, with any of our facialists 

Traveling? Europe for summer, Skiing during the winter? Kidding! (I mean, not really) but either way, your facials do not disappear. You have 15 months to use them (from the first month of your membership sign up). WOO HOO!

* Tips are not included in the membership but of course appreciated by your facialist.

** Discount automatically applied to your monthly service & facial enhancements when you log in. Glo-Giver Cards must be requested from the front desk associate and can be requested at any point during your active membership. Remind us when scheduling your appointment during your birthday month so we can include your special birthday surprise!
