When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask if you are new to MaisonGlo™ you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a current Glo-Getter 5 minutes prior is asked!
Where are you located?
We now have 2 locations!
St Petersburg— 6517 4th Street North, St Petersburg, FL 33702
You can find our St Petersburg location on 4th st N, right next to dominos drive-thru (fancy) in the white building that includes Burghealth & Balayage Blonde.
South Tampa— 1202 S Church Ave, Tampa, FL 33629
You can find our South Tampa location right off of S Dale Mabry. We are next to the Yogurtology (yes, we know— dangerous) on S Church Ave
Should I have my makeup off when I arrive?
No boo we got you! We remove makeup and double cleanse.
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you’d like. We provide robes so that you can remove your top, this will allow us to service your neck and decollete as well.
Who will be giving me my facial?
One of our highly-trained Aestheticians or as we like to call them our “facialist”
What products do you guys use?
We use all natural brands such as One Love, Herbal Skin Solutions, and Saian.
How will I know which facial Enhancements are right for me?
Our facialists offer a consultation prior to starting your facial. They will provide an in depth Skin Analysis and guide you as to which facial Enhancements are best suited for your skin-type and conditions.
Will my skin be red after?
After most of our facials, your skin will be glowing and healthy. If you have sensitive skin, it may appear a little pink afterwards. None of our treatments require downtime.
What facial should I get before my wedding or big event?
For the day of, we mainly suggest The MaisonGlo™.. We suggest these enhancements: Dermaplaning, Collagen Mask, Eye and Lip Mask and the LED Treatment.
Why is it so important to have a regular facial, and how often should I have one?
We highly encourage monthly facials, hence our Glo-Getter membership, the consistency is key to healthy happy skin. We provide further education and skin care maintenance for you at each appointment.
What is Lymphatic Drainage?
It helps to reduce swelling, decreases fluid retention and weight gain. It also helps with stress relief, aids in better sleep, circulates blood, eliminates toxins, detoxifies, good for acne, and improves skin’s appearance.
How do you sanitize?
We follow the latest and most effective disinfecting procedures here at MaisonGlo™. Before every treatment, all tools and equipment are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant. Our facialists wear disposable gloves & masks. We dispose of all porous tools used during the service.
Are extractions included in the facial?
Minimal extractions are included, for in-depth extractions you will want to add on the detox enhancement.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
It is always great to let your skin breathe after our treatments, but we do include our Image skincare SPF
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy for individuals and a 72-hour Cancellation Policy for Glo Gatherings of 5 or more people. Please note that you will be charged a $25 nonrefundable cancellation fee for any facial booked and not cancelled in our cancellation window.
What is your product return policy?
If an adverse reaction occurs, please return your product within one week. All unopened products will be fully refunded- after 7 days you will receive store credit instead of a refund.

Why do you require a credit card?
We do this simply to secure your appointment and obey our cancellation policies.
How do you guys deal with appointment changes?
We understand that life happens. If you need to adjust the time of your appointment, please email us at bonjour@maisonglo.com or call us right away. We will try our best to accommodate. Note that if you make changes to your appointment within 24-hours, you will be charged a late-change fee of $25.

What is included in the Glo-Getter membership?
One facial treatment, one facial to gift, and 10% off additional services and products.
When will my membership billing be ran each month?
All memberships will be billed on the first of each month.
Is it possible to freeze a membership if I were to be traveling that month?
No need too, our facials roll over (15 months to use)
Should I still tip my facialists if I am a member?
Although tips are not required, our facialists truly appreciate it!

Do I need to shave prior to my appointment?
If you would like to shave, do so at least one day before your appointment. Do not shave the day of as some treatments or ingredients may irritate freshly shaven skin. If you do not want to shave, that is totally fine too- we welcome any all facial hair, yes that means beards too!
What skin care products are right for me?
EVERY client regardless of sex has a curated regiment to their specific skin type.
